Absolute Motorcycle Training Ltd – Official Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Absolute Motorcycle Training Ltd (AMT).
2. Promotion Period
Runs from 1 August until 11:59 pm on 30 September. Only eligible Ride Forever Bronze and Silver courses completed during this period qualify.
3. Eligibility
Participants must successfully complete an eligible Ride Forever Bronze or Silver course with AMT, hold the appropriate NZ motorcycle licence, meet CBTA eligibility if selected, and comply with Ride Forever course requirements. Employees, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. Ride Forever Course Minimum Numbers
Ride Forever courses require a minimum of two (2) confirmed participants to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, AMT may reschedule or cancel the course. Only riders who successfully complete an eligible course are entered into the promotion.
5. Entry
Entry is automatic. One (1) entry is received upon successful completion of an eligible Ride Forever Bronze or Silver course. No additional entry form is required.
6. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded each week. The winner receives either one FREE CBTA Restricted (6R) Licence Assessment or one FREE CBTA Full (6F) Licence Assessment. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Weekly Prize Draw
One prize draw will be conducted every Monday at approximately 8:00 pm during Bike Night at The Trusts Arena, 65–67 Central Park Drive, Henderson, Auckland. Each draw includes all eligible riders who completed their Ride Forever course since the previous Monday's draw.
8. Prize Claim
The winner must be present at Bike Night to claim the prize. If not present, the prize is forfeited and AMT may immediately redraw another eligible winner.
9. Prize Conditions
The prize must be booked within six (6) months, is subject to instructor availability, is valid for scheduled weekday CBTA assessments in West Auckland only, and excludes weekend assessments.
10. Assessment Requirements
Winners must meet NZTA requirements, provide a roadworthy motorcycle, wear compliant protective riding gear and comply with instructor directions.
11. Weather and Safety
AMT may postpone or reschedule assessments due to weather, road conditions, illness, mechanical issues or other safety concerns.
12. Privacy
Personal information will be used only to administer this promotion in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
13. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners agree AMT may use their first name, photograph and/or video for promotional purposes.
14. General
AMT reserves the right to verify eligibility, amend these Terms & Conditions, or suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary.
15. Liability
Except where required by law, AMT accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize.
16. Acceptance
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
